I wasn't sure if the blink ability of Emiel the Blessed to blink Tanazir Quandrix would be good enough or offer enough value.

Just came across the idea of introducing a little bit of dying-triggers/resurrection stuff while brewing my Reyhan/Ishai Deck when I stumbled across this decklist. I was thinking to build my deck more with bigass dying-triggers like Chasm Skulker , Ukkima, Stalking Shadow or even Dying Wish while bringing them back from graveyard or avoid them landing there. But I have to say, the Aristocrat-Style of your deck, generating lots of "little" values, is looking super fun!

Have your considered Cauldron of Souls for your list? While in a +1/+1-Deck the -1/-1-Counters can be easily balanced to re-use it again with smth like Good-Fortune Unicorn , it provides you with a lot of fun interactions, especially because of the fact that the chosen creatures don't lose the Persist-Ability until end of turn even if they hit the graveyard. Next to that it allowes you to withstand them nasty boardwipes. With the sacrifice outlets and counter distributors your deck provides I think it would be a good addition to your list!

Hey Gammon420, thanks for the interest in my decklist! I promise you, the aristocratic theme is very fun to play.

I actually have used the cauldron for many years in this decklist, but ultimately the card got cut from the 98. In the right setup - having a sacrifice outlet and something of ETB/LTB value - this card gives allot of value! When players threaten to wipe, this card becomes their most difficult obstacle - unless their playing exile or bounce... - , but the 5 mana can also make it a dead card in hand. It's not a matter of the cost itself, but when it needs to compete against other 5 mana slots like Kalonian Hydra or a Tendershoot Dryad, or even to cheaper options like the Luminous Broodmoth and Journey to Eternity  Flip then the cauldron unfortunately is the sore loser.

It's a great suggestion however, and don't let my story discourage you on not using it. If interested, take a quick read in the "Acceleration (Our journey to turn three)" tab, as it shows how fast paced the already present pieces of the decklist can make the deck moving forward.

Have fun brewing your version!

And Denry Klin, Editor in Chief? Yes I did!

I'm having mixed feelings for damning verdict because I don't know how big - or little - this will have impact to opponents (the biggest bully on the table usually also has counters), but Resourceful Defense looks solid!

With the release of capenna I certainly will be fine tuning some decks and maybe make one or 2 new ones.., kodama of the West tree also still needs to be included to this list.

Well, I can never stay away from this list, I guess -- I've been using Kodama of the West Tree in my Jund Tana/Reyhan (not updating on TappedOut anymore) build and had to tweak for more basics to make it feel right beyond the awesome trample enabling and solid blocker. On paper it looks OK, good include but in practice, every time it has come down its been a house. The two spoiled cards above are great includes here and the wipe would be devastating in my meta, as I'm usually the only one rolling with counters.

I did not check that one out. Oh okay, see I overlooked a pretty good card. Been doing that with these last few sets.

For me it's a solid auto include given my playgroup.

I like RD, not sure if it will replace the Ozolith or be a redundant back up.

Kodama and Vorinclex I'm embarrassed to say I overlooked when they were released. Pretty sure I have them included now.
