Cuts:

Deus of Calamity - Other players will hate you for land destruction, nothing special beyond that (but could be useful with Blade of Selves ).

Nature's Claim , Force of Vigor , Bane of Progress - Already lots of artifact/enchantment removal in the list.

God-Eternal Rhonas , Xenagos, the Reveler , Thunderfoot Baloth - Requires a decent board presence to get the most use out of them.

Inferno Titan , Garruk Wildspeaker , Domri, Chaos Bringer , Moldgraf Monstrosity , Giant Adephage , Frontier Siege - Nice, but not amazing.

Hellkite Charger - The deck has cheaper ways of getting extra combats.

Worldly Tutor , Questing Beast , Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger , Selvala, Heart of the Wilds , Sneak Attack , Natural Order , Blightsteel Colossus , Sylvan Library , Oracle of Mul Daya - Great , but expensive IRL.

See the Unwritten - weaker Tooth and Nail .

Savage Beating - No way to tutor for it. Cheating a creature out like Scourge of the Throne is better.

Artisan of Kozilek - Needs to be hard cast to be useful.

Ghalta, Primal Hunger , It That Betrays , Carnage Tyrant - Big boys, but lots of big boys already.

Spellbreaker Behemoth , Prowling Serpopard , Asceticism - Better to be aggressive than defensive

Helm of the Host - Too slow, requires 5 mana in addition to casting a creature, or having a creature live a full round.

Gyre Sage , Grand Warlord Radha - Too slow, would rather cast land grab spells.

Soul's Majesty - Requires a creature on the battlefield and has a high cost.

Molten Disaster - More of a last gasp or combo canceller than a winning card.

Runic Armasaur , Elemental Bond - Too specific of conditions

Beast Whisperer - Requires hard casting the creatures

Omnath, Locus of Rage - Nice, especially with Traverse the Outlands , but not enough elementals to take full advantage.

Nissa, Who Shakes the World - Powerful, but slow and vulnerable.

Pattern of Rebirth - Nice, but too many steps between casting and receiving the free creature. Vulnerable to removal as well as counter.

Quicksilver Amulet - Still paying at least 4 for a creature that can only be from your hand.

Combat Celebrant - Needs haste, has to exert.

Elvish Piper - Creature must be in hand, very vulnerable without haste.

Champion of Rhonas - Creature must be in hand, can't attack this turn without haste since you miss the trigger for Xenagos, God of Revels

Chord of Calling - Plenty of other creature cheats, this one is not quite as good as some of the others.
