Why not use Rugged Highlands instead of Wooded Foothills? Nothing major but it just seems a little impractical. And if you're looking for basic lands then just use Evolving Wilds. Same thing without paying life.
Also, if you're running Chord aggro, make sure you have some sort of wincon in mind. Honestly, Dragonlord Atarka and Hornet Queen are more made for a Temur or Sultai midrange deck. Just try not to split aggro and midrange.
Other than that it's a +1 from me :)
