I'm not a fan of Dragon Grip . Aura's are inherently risky, and I don't feel what it provides does not justify the risk. In its place its bump your creature counts to 4 ofs.

Also, why are you running Dissolve ? When you could be running Stubborn Denial ! (You can always SB other counters like Dissipate when necessary.) I don't worry about countering my opponents creature spells because I know my guys will be bigger most of the time.

My suggestions would be:

-2x Dragon Grip , -3x Dissolve , +1 Savage Knuckleblade , +1 Stormbreath Dragon , +3 Stubborn Denial

what about an Archetype of Endurance to give everything hexproof as well, big cost but might help.

Barrage of Boulders , i mean no blockers and combined with Polymorphist's Jest would be a cleaning board mechanic

I would recommend the following:
+3 Elvish Mystic / -3 Triton Shorethief
Mid-range survives by ramping up quickly, then deploying threat after threat after threat. There's a reason all ramp decks run some combination of Mystic/Caryatid/Courser. It's just good.
