R/G Werewolves

Sideboard

R/G werewolves for when DA comes out.

I like shrine of burning rage in this deck because it gives me some removal if I need it and if I don't, well it's there to hit you in the face after a few turns. It also makes people with enchantment/artifact (such as revoke existence/Oblivion ring) removal question whether to use it on a FMR or the shrine.

Immerwolf is a must have now for werewolf decks, his ability is really amazing. Mondronen Shaman paired with this can get quite silly.

As for the rest of the main board it's pretty standard for a werewolf deck.

Sideboard I have ancient grudge for artifacts, and as a R/G deck it can be used very effectively. Autumn's veil is there for U/B decks so I can attack without my stuff being in any major threat. Torpor orb's are for titans primarily. Spellbombs are there for graveplay decks.

The phyrexian metamorphs are a great thing to have, depending on what deck I am playing I can throw those in and copy wolves for the situation (although copying mayors and immerwolves would probably be what they would transforming into most)and the best part about them is if they copy the alternate side of the wolf then they stay that way without running the threat of transforming back to a human.

Garruk relentless I was proxying in for a mainboard card for awhile and I found that he isn't quite as useful as I thought he would be. Usually, he'd hit something and transform, but then get hit and die the next turn...and this happened without fail. So he was really being a 4cmc lightning bolt. I looked at his use in the deck against the other 4 drops and I'd much rather have them on the field. Garruk in his transformed state pumping out deathtouch wolves helping against the big beatsticks some other decks might run, but my wolves are easier to transform and can stack up against a single monster easier than garruk could. If I was to actually get my hands on him I'd likely run him instead of torpor orb.
