Maybe something like Intuition for 3 auras?

And another Ring of Valkas from M13?

@Crivaro I really do like the Intuition idea, but for the Ring of Valkas I fell like it's not worth a spot, I'm already trying to figure out what I shall remove for the Intuition, I almost feel like every card in this this is worth its spot.

@maiden77 It's a great card, I've already considered it, but as it cost 7 and I have only very few way of tutoring non-equipement artifact I'd prefer to leave it out of the deck for now. And it should make me the prime target in a multiplayer game. I might reconsider it with more playtest of this deck.

Would have been awesome if you could put Zur the Enchanter in there, it's my favourite.

I'm curious, what are Followed Footsteps and Infinite Reflection used for? I would think Clone or a similar creature would be better than Footsteps at copying an opponent's creature or killing their general. When would you want to use Reflection? To make everything a copy of your opponent's best bomb creature? I don't see that many amazing creatures in your deck you would want to use these on.

@hunter9000 I very too few way to tutor creature card compared to enchantment, but you're right atm those two card along with Mirror Gallery are the card I'm doubting the most their efficiency. So far I've never had the chance to get there, playtest on Cockatrice have led me to very fast win from my side, and the more a game goes the harder it gets for me to set up combo especially when my opponent have graveyard hate.

I've made my own Bruna a while back. Eel Umbra, Angelic Destiny, Flickerform, Felidar Umbra, Mammoth Umbra, and a few good Angels as back ups like Baneslayer, Avacyn or Iona.

I like this deck a lot. I've been wanting to make it since I pulled Bruna a while ago, but don't have the old enchantment support.

Just curious, was Mirror-Mad Phantasm not working for you?

And can you win games when Bruna gets tucked? (though it's not my biggest worry since there's not a lot of tucking in my playgroup)

@KevinLS So far in all the playtest I had, not even a single time I was happy to draw a Mirror-Mad Phantasm , the only time it's useful it's when I have Bruna, Light of Alabaster in play or ready to play and while being sure my opponent have no way to counter my coming out and I'm lacking just some fire power. So it's very conditional to the fact that a 1toughness body is able to survive and trigger it's ability at 7 mana in a single turn. Still looking for a decent replacement.

As for my Bruna being Tucked, I based myself by having high-evasion creature with some aura on them, it's a lot harder to pull out, I've so far not being able to recover in a mutliplayer game from a Condemn for example. But in 1v1 I was able to slow the game an control high treat with Gilded Drake , Control Magic , Treachery , Aura Thief , Acquire , and Blatant Thievery .

In regards to Bruna being tucked I'm curious why you don't run some Counterspell and the like to prevent that from happening. It seems like you might find room for one or two more, just to keep that Wrath of God or Condemn from resolving while you're on the cusp of victory.

I built this like a couple of months ago and it was to amazing. Yours on the other hand needs more hexproof/shroud, and especially more enchantments! Also needs some clone cards. I personally built an enchant deck that wrecked, and in case it got bad i had a fine selection of angels. The thing i hate most is that it's to weak against clones and bounce spells.

Corrupted Conscience is a MUST in bruna edh decks, not only can you swing with an infect bruna but you can flicker the aura on to another creature with Venser, the Sojourner . (who really needs to be in there.) Also, Avacyn, Angel of Hope is a direct upgrade to Deathless Angel . Sigil of Sleep is RIDICULOUSLY useful for getting big beaters off of your case. Copy Enchantment , Greater Auramancy , Indestructibility , oh hell I'm just sitting here going though my Bruna deck: deck:i-aint-fraid-of-no-geist check it out for more.

@Ohthenoises I've been watching some of you deck lately, I have to say I've already say your Bruna EDH, mine was already created at that moment and didn't want to alter it too much.

My issue right now it what to remove and what to keep, I'm having a hard time figuring what need to be dropped. So far like you said, Avacyn, Angel of Hope can be an easy replacement for Deathless Angel . Corrupted Conscience , Copy Enchantment should get a spot, I've been thinking about Venser, the Sojourner and Indestructibility for a while also.

Yea usually I don't plug my deck but I had the paper one in front of me updating it here and I was literally just looking at it going "that's good, that's good too, he might want that..." lol

I don't like your inclusion of Necropouncer in this deck. What you're looking for is cheap haste enablers to let Bruna grab her buffs quicker, and 6 mana to cast and 2 mana to equip is a whole lot! You're better off using Helm of Kaldra or even [Strider Harness] in my opinion.

@shermanido37 Thanks for the recommendation, I took it as soon as you mentioned it, you're totally right,

Why the Dovescape ? It seems out of place without the Leyline of Singularity lock.

Same with Enchanted Evening . I don't see a reason for it.

Cards I would cut:

Cards I would consider:

Epochalyptik, Dovescape is awesome in a Bruna deck. You get Bruna down, then Dovescape , if it lands there will be much fewer ways for your opponents to deal with her.

MurasakiRose, I suggest Scout's Warning . Flash her in on the end step before, untap and swing in the worst case, protect it with Dovescape , counter back-up, or shroud/hexproof in a better case.

I also like Pact of Negation . You can tap out for Bruna and still have counter backup. Of course, Force of Will would also be great, but that's always true.

June 2, 2013 4:51 a.m.

@KevinLS: I didn't think about using it to stop kill spells. That's actually viable. However, it does create tons of blockers, so you need to have your Spirit Mantle on Bruna to get around them.

KevinLS says... #22

Spirit Mantle , Steel of the Godhead , Eldrazi Conscription and Infiltrator's Magemark . Steel of the Godhead is one of the best of the auras, IMO, one I'll often tutor for. Eldrazi Conscription , of course, is pretty often the first one to try to get.

May I asK: Why do you use Entangler ?

hunter9000 says... #24

Entangler is great once you have Indestructibility on Bruna.
