Looks pretty good, but more fetchlands. You can get rid of the Watery Grave and one Island. Pretty good besides that.

What fetchlands? Isn't Polluted Delta the only fetch that gets blue/black? I simply thought Watery Grave would be better than any Swamp or Island because it's literally both :P

You can add like Bloodstained Mire or something. It can get either a Swamp or an Underground Sea.

ugin-dude I believe Vampiric Tutor is illegal in legacy, therefore it can't be used, I'd definitely love to have that added in if it were possible, bud sadly, that just isn't the case. At first, I had Rhystic Tutor Grim Tutor and Cruel Tutor instead of the cycling and the even newer splash of blue, but they weren't consistently letting me achieve quick wins with the deck, therefore I learned how to make the deck by what I believe, better than it was previously.
