With the release of Shadows over Innistrad, humans shall once more dominate the multiverse. White weenies, tokens and pump make this a solid competitive modern deck. Can't wait to take this to FNM and see how it fares.

One of the most important tips for this deck is to get your math right. Battle Cry's +1/+0, honor of the pure's +1/+1 and counters galore means A lot of damage. Even things as simple as Launch the Fleet pumping Westvale Cult Leader can be easy to overlook.

Example game:

T1: Plains + Champion of the Parish

T2: Plains + Thalia's Lieutenant - attack for 3.

T3: Plains + pair Silverblade Paladin to the Champion of the Parish , swing for 10.

T4: Plains + Honor of the Pure + Gather the Townsfolk swing for 25.

Use Brave the Elements whenever needed to protect your Legion of Soldiers and Knights.

Champion of the Parish - One of the staples of the deck. Left unchecked He will get huge. Fast. All other creatures are humans, the only things that won't pump him are Launch the Fleet tokens and the tokens made by Hero of Bladehold . Once big enough, pair him with Silverblade Paladin and you've got a real monster.

Hanweir Militia Captain   - With Gather the Townsfolk and Launch the Fleet it's easy to get the 4 creature requirement for Hanweir to flip. Once flipped she'll be making a human each turn, pumping up the Champion and Thalia's Lieutenant .

Hero of Bladehold - The battle cry makes even your 1/1 tokens scary and producing another two every time she attacks make Hero of Bladehold even more valuable in this deck.

Mentor of the Meek - One of the other staple cards. With tokens galore in this deck, he is an amazing card drawing mechanism. Incredibly important in any low mana curve decks. Plus being a human pumps champion and Lieutenant.

Silverblade Paladin - Doublestrike makes for a great finisher once we have pumped our weenies enough.

Thalia's Lieutenant - Similar to Champion of the Parish but has an extra ability which pumps ALL humans already out.

Brave the Elements - Used for both protecting our creatures from removal early on and also allowing damage through when we can do lethal by choosing protection from whatever color the opponent's creatures are.

Path to Exile - Staple removal for any white modern deck. Can be used on our own creatures if we need more land.

Gather the Townsfolk - Pump to the champion and Lieutenant and some extra blockers.

Launch the Fleet - Probably one of the most entertaining finishers when attacking with a Hero of Bladehold and an Honor of the Pure out. I'm considering replacing this with Kytheon, Hero of Akros   to see how it fares.

Honor of the Pure - Boost to all our creatures.

Celestial Purge - Hate. Note that it's exile target 'permanent'. Gets rid of Illness in the Ranks and an array of other B/R modern threats such as Liliana of the Veil , Dark Confidant , Eidolon of the Great Revel , Tasigur, the Golden Fang just to name a few.

Deicide - Gets rid of any gods plus an array of other enchantments such as Ghostly Prison , Illness in the Ranks , Nevermore , Oblivion Ring / Detention Sphere and Virulent Plague .

Glare of Heresy - Stops Auriok Champion , Blood Baron of Vizkopa , Ethersworn Canonist , Kitchen Finks , Linvala, Keeper of Silence . Loxodon Smiter , Ghostly Prison .

Grand Abolisher - Hates on Burn/Control.

Mark of Asylum - Shuts down burn/ decks with plenty of removal.

Stony Silence - shuts down affinity.

I'd like to add Leyline of Sanctity when I can get a hold of some and still need an answer for Torpor Orb . If there are better sideboard options please let me know. I have considered putting Mirran Crusader and Fiendslayer Paladin and Aegis of the Gods in as sideboard options.

I appreciate any suggestions and support.

Updates Add

Took out the Emeria, the Sky Ruin as it slows me down and is almost never useful. Added Return to the Ranks and Launch the Fleet for some more swarm. Also took out Mentor of the Meek as I've found If I'm needing to draw cards T4, I've likely already lost the match.
