Maybeboard

Budget EDH deck I'm throwing together after a draft night with some friends. Drafted Rigo and liked his schtick, so went around gathering EDH inspiration from a bunch of different decks that use him and ended up with this.

First 3-4 turns are dedicated towards setting up mana ramp and card draw - the latter mostly coming from Rigo, Streetwise Mentor, Toski, Bearer of Secrets and Bident of Thassa. Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive helps make sure I can get that damage through.

The next few turns are focused on getting lots of creatures out - Rabble Rousing and Parallel Lives (which must be the most valuable card I own from my old collection of shitty cards) plus lots of cheap, useful creatures and token summoning effects. A healthy amount of control and removal is included to try to make sure this goes smoothly.

Once Rigo's weenies are feeling the strength in numbers, we fire off something to make them hit hard like Take to the Streets, overloaded Scale Up, Elspeth, Sun's Champion's emblem, Biomass Mutation, Bess, Soul Nourisher, or even Encampment Keeper. There's also the ol' curveball Biorhythm - which IMO shouldn't be banned. If I'm playing someone who's not cool with it, I'll swap it with Gigantomancer.

The maybeboard is kind of a mess, I'm just using it to organize my thoughts. Also keep in mind I'm a casual and this is a budget deck - I'm not inclined to spend much more money on it than I already have. That said, if there are cheap inclusions that I've missed or glaring weaknesses I've overlooked, happy to hear suggestions.
