This is a toughness matters deck led by Rigo. This is not a defender tribal deck, it instead looks to take advantage of cards like Rasaad, Huatli and High Alert to turn small, tough creatures into surprising threats. Rigo turned up as a surprisingly useful commander during SNC as most of the creatures in the deck are 'weak' enough to draw me cards and that, in turn, makes it more likely I'll draw into a toughness matters effect.
