So I'm trying to make decks now that are more casual than the EDH / Commander meta of treasures everywhere and triggered abilities that produce obscene mana and cards. No Smothering Tithe, no Rhystic Study, none of that silliness. Enter Rigo, Streetwise Mentor, who does give a payoff of significant card draw (one card per opponent attacked, one card per planeswalker) at about 1-3 extra cards drawn per turn. However it comes with a severe deckbuilding restriction! Let's get inventive and original!
