Minor ZNR and CMR changes

I made some of these changes quite a while back, but never got around to adding them here.

Turntimber Symbiosis  Flip in, Forest out. The ZNR MDFCs all seem pretty great to me. They're particularly good in combination with cards like God-Eternal Kefnet, Primal Amulet  Flip, and Mystic Sanctuary, because they're lands that still synergise with them. Turntimber Symbiosis is also a great card for Riku because you can copy both the spell as it's cast and the creature that enters.

Sea Gate Restoration  Flip in, Strip Mine out. Restoration has most of the same benefits as Turntimber, except it's not quite as good to copy. I was hesitant to take out another island, because I want to make sure I have enough basics, and enough Islands to trigger Mystic Sanctuary. I hadn't actually had the chance to play with Strip Mine yet, but its main purpose is as a Crop Rotation target to deal with problematic lands. I don't tend to come across these that often, so removing the colorless land made sense. That said, this is on the shortlist to go back in if I find I need it.

Some bling upgrades too - Sol Ring becomes Sol Ring, and Acidic Slime becomes Acidic Slimefoil. Not 100% sure on the slime switch but I'll hold onto the promo version in case I change my mind.

I've also got some cards I'm shortlisting to put into the deck, but can't find places for just yet:
Jeska's Will - I think this card looks great, and in some ways would work like Turnabout does in the deck, with a little less power and flexibility on what it targets, but more flexibility in that it impulse draws. Keeping an eye on it.
Lithoform Engine - I think this card would either be great or horrible in the deck, and I'm leaning towards horrible. Artifacts that don't do anything on their own are low on my list, since Riku is already a big do-nothing tempo loss by himself. That said, it does provide some redundancy for his abilities. I'll keep thinking on it.
Shatterskull Smashing  Flip - this one is just on the wishlist :)
