This deck is meant to be part of a pair, built to duel each other, but also be reasonable in a multiplayer EDH game. This Rin and Seri deck, uses all dogs in the creatures slot, while its sister deck will use all cats. These decks are meant to be inexpensive.

Dogs arn't the best tribe in the game, but that doesn't mean we can't get anything out of them. Many dogs have useful interactions with +1/+1 counters. We have dogs which can give our creatures First Strike, or Reach. Plenty of dogs gain counters for other reasons. Thus, if we include spells which give our dogs counters, we can overwhelm them with sheer force.

Interactions

First Strike/Double Strike with Reconnaissance - After first strike damage is dealt but before main combat, you may use Reconnaissance to untap your creatures and remove them from the rest of combat. Damage is still dealt but you get away free! You can also use this card to give a kind of pseudo vigilance, untapping after combat damage but before the attack phase is actually over. Damage is still dealt!

Impact Tremors - Each opponent will take 2 damage for each dog you cast, as you get the 1/1 cat if you have Rin and Seri out.

Rin and Seri - Dog based is a deck specializing in dealing direct damage to your opponents before swinging out with your dogs and cat tokens.
