Aside from satisfying the need for an army of cute pets, this Commander deck specializes in frequent low-cost summons. As each cat and dog summoned triggers its Commander, the library is extremely creature heavy and packed to the fur with "cheap" critters to exploit "Rin and Seri, Inseparable" as often as possible; turning these unlikely allies into a swarming onslaught against which no one can stand.

(This deck is also a reasonably attainable Commander set for the "Magic: The Gathering" Beginner with low funds to invest. Removing "Arahbo, Roar of the World", would bring the deck's total price to <$50. The priciest portion of the deck comes from the ample, and wildly varied, token cards.)
