There are a few really easy ways to make this a combo deck which I didn't want to really do. I just wanted to kill creatures with the black plague and steal them with Necroskitter. As a backup plan I swarm the world with insects.

This is hard to play test without actually playing other decks and it seems to have done decently well. I'm always looking for advice and improvement. If there is a way to make counters easier let me know.
