This deck has two fronts on which it can operate:

A) Ramp into big creatures like Primordial Hydra and Craterhoof Behemoth and utterly crush my opponent for a win. Asceticism will give my creatures hexproof so then I don't end up losing a creature to a kill spell. Oracle of Mul Daya, Karametra's Acolyte, and Omnath, Locus of Mana all shine here.

B) Get out Helix Pinnacle and ramp it like mad while defending myself with creatures like Leatherback Baloth and Kalonian Tusker. I don't have to worry about enchantment removal with Helix Pinnacle as it has shroud.
