When playing with this deck milling is essential to get bigger creatures or to actually make the opponent lose by drawing. Turn one i usually play a Temple of Deceit or an island to either scry for a quick advantage or Tome Scour them so then on turn two i can get out a Wight of Precinct Six which will usually be a 2/2 or 3/3 at my FNM which is pretty nice on turn two and then on top of that it can keep getting bigger. Wight of Precinct Six is a very vital card to this deck because it can be a bomb two drop late game or a decently powerful creature by turn two and this helps protect me against creature heavy decks which used to be my main problem until i added my third and they got too big for even swarms to handle. Lazav, Dimir Mastermind is a pretty good card to be playing in this deck considering my opponent will be milling quite a few cards almost every turn and ill be able to copy any creature card they mill and make it hexproof in addition to their original abilities. Now as most people know Consuming Aberration is an amazing card for any mill deck mainly because they will be gigantic when dropped and they will grow extremely fast while countering your opponent's spells or when you play mill spells like [[breaking/ entering] . Sometimes they will manage to break through the huge creatures i put out by playing a board wipe and then this is where the play set of Mutavault come in, now while theyre a fairly expensive card they are almost essential for every deck in my opinion because its one of the most versatile cards in standard and is able to give you mana whenever you need it and then on top of it it becomes every creature type when you pay its ability which makes it the money card of standard today. Duskmantle Guildmage is another win condition for the deck, if i cant mill you to death or aggro smash you with my gigantic creatures then i can just pay his ability and even stack it as many times as i want to either kill creatures you control or mill cards off the top of your deck for 1-3 life a piece, and since its life loss and not damage it is an almost guaranteed killer, but it is a fairly expensive condition manawise anyway. Using the scry mechanic with this deck is extremely important because with this deck youre always looking for something to play whether it be to slow your opponent down, mill them, destroy creatures or planeswalkers, draw cards, or drop bombs thats why i added the Omenspeaker and then the Divination because when used in combination they are amazing but even when either of them is played alone its pretty sweet, Omenspeaker is also good to play in combination with Pilfered Plans or any card in this deck that offers the slightest draw power because you just looked at the next two cards and then rearranged them to what best situates you and then you draw two on top of that so you would most likely be getting at least one card that you really want.

Win Conditions list (not in any particular order)1. Mill their entire deck away2. Aggro them with Wight of Precinct Six or Consuming Aberration3. Drain mill combo with Duskmantle Guildmage 4. Lazav, Dimir Mastermind mainly against decks with larger creatures or decks with flyers or indestructible creatures, Lazav isnt impossible to kill but he is not exactly easy to get rid of
