Rith EDH. Throw as many tokens as possible at the opposition!

This deck attempts to take advantage of the Green-centric nature of Rith, as well as the many winning cards made available through Naya colors. Aside from the usual wincons, Champion of Lambholt is the biggest combo piece (note Rith's ability, but more importantly note the sorceries and other cards that pump out huge numbers of tokens).

Updates Add

Decided that because I don't really intend to use this deck outside of my edh league or casual play, I should make changes to be friendlier to my budget and be less oppressive to play against. A few changes to lands are not documented.
