Here are my suggestions:

Mana Echoes could be huge here as long as you have something to spend massive amounts of mana on. If Rith puts out only 4 saprolings and you have 0 saprolings already out you still get 16 mana.

A Mycoloth may work well in this deck.

Shamanic Revelation > Collective Unconscious; cheaper and does more for you.

Impact Tremors for another free ping to everyone as your saprolings flood the board.

Temur Sabertooth great for bouncing to recast ETB guys.

You should be running Avacyn, Angel of Hope over Emmara Tandris. Its just an outright upgrade.

Ok yea I can see that. Changed emmara for avacyn and collective for shamanic.

Alrighty so i see you have Eldrazi Monument and Impact Tremors in your maybe board, lets get them on up into your mainboard. Id definitely take out Eldrazi Conscription and replace it with the monument. In a deck like yours that is is going to be producing a million and one saplings, having them be stronger, flying, and indestructible is going to be so much more useful to you.

For Impact Tremors take out Growing Ranks. Sure you get to make an extra token for free, but its slow and really wont ever be impactful unless your games last over 30 turns. Generally Growing Ranks is better when you are populating large tokens like Grove of the Guardian, not 1/1 saprolings. With impact tremors your damage in this deck will increase by leaps and bounds, that damage adds up.

One card im going to suggest that is really necessary in every overrun token horde deck is Cathars' Crusade. Your tokens will get reall really big, really really fast. Sure sometimes doing all that math sucks (but that just means you're winning)

Id suggest putting in Shared Animosity also. Rediculous card, you only have three piddly saprolings swinging for three damage? I don't think so, ba-bam! Now you are swinging for nine, and only gets bigger from their baby.

Other suggestions:

Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite - pump for you and denial for opponents is always good.

Warstorm Surge - acts as another Impact Tremors but allows you to do more damage with your ordering creatures, and if your saprolings are pumped with Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and Eldrazi Monument they do 5 damage for every one that enters.

Avenger of Zendikar - overall good card, makes lots of tokens for defense fast, they can get big quick, and combos with Purphoros.

Hope some of that helped!

Also, Gavony Township alrighty im done now.

Also i used the wrong form of "there" in that explanation. I am ashamed. That and I thought Eldrazi Monument gave +2. Regardless, my point still stands!

Dwarven Song, Heaven's Gate and Sylvan Paradise could give you a LOT more saprolings...

jecder,
It's always great to see another Rith deck; +1!

First, that's some good advice from Tiddilywinkus, though I much prefer Oran-Rief, the Vastwood to Gavony Township.

Mycoloth is awesome. I'd pull it in from your maybeboard and drop Sprout (just too small an impact).

I also recommend Mana Echoes. It can generate a ton of mana during Main phase and an insane amount during Combat phase when Rith connects. It also goes infinite with Sprout Swarm and 5 untapped Saprolings (or 4 and , or 3 and ). Along those lines, whenever I see Sporemound I think about Life and Limb + Sporemound . It's super-dangerous (one Wrath and you're done), but infinite landfall triggers and Saprolings would be REALLY cool.

I have a very different build, over at Smashface Gardening w/ Rith (EDH Dragons), but it might give you some ideas, and I'd love any thoughts you may have too.

Tiddilywinkus and clayperce Thank you both for the recommendations. I do have to get the cards that you two suggested. Part of the reason why eldrazi monument was on the maybe board is because I can't seam to find anyone that has one locally in south Florida. But the maybe cards are actually looking for :D. Again thank you both!!

I definitely agree with Tiddilywinkus's Cathar's Crusade suggestion. And holy cow, I'd never thought of Sylvan Paradise before (or even seen Dwarven Song or Heaven's Gate), thanks carpecanum! And I second clayperce's Oran-Rief the Vastwood advice.

Some kill cards to consider are Blasting Station, and depending on your play groupTriumph of the Hordes and Craterhoof Behemoth (if it fits in the budget). Would Kyren Negotiations as an enchantment be better than Lightning Volley as an instant?

Others I've been glad I have in my deck (Rith's Salad Horde) are Champion of Lambholt, Iroas, God of Victory, and Skullclamp.

Artifact Mutation and Aura Mutation are two control cards to cards. And Song of the Dryads is my favorite control card and an auto-include in all my decks with green.

I also find myself putting Vigor in all my green decks (and its great with a bunch of small tokens), but it's a bit priceier.

Vigor is not in all my green decks only because I can't afford that many copies. Absolutely amazing card. Earthquake,Nemesis Mask, it combos with things by accident. It prevents damage...meaning you ignore counters from wither or infect and ignore death touch.

Sorry forgot. Champion of Lambholt would be nice here.

I only have one of most of the expensive cards ($10 and up), so I have to transfer Vigor and a bunch of others from one deck to the next.

have you thought about adding double strike cards so you can get your Commanders affect off twice?

Or Epic Struggle as an alternate win con?

September 16, 2018 9:12 p.m.

Awesome deck and awesome Idea!

My only suggestion is to replace Rith with....Rith! but use the From the Vault: Dragons Art! XD he's SOOOO cooler with that art.

Other than that solid deck, looks great to use in mid/high power metas

Anointed Procession and Tendershoot Dryad are perfect for the tokens, and you don't have our great Saproling lord, Sporecrown Thallid ! For shame!

(I'd take out Spellbook , Skyshroud Elf and Stone-Seeder Hierophant .)

I use to have Gaea's Cradle in the deck until i sold my collection, so Stone-Seeder Hierophant is easy to remove. Also easy to remove Spellbook . Skyshroud Elf works so well for filtering all my green to white/red that i'm not sure how much it will affect my deck with it being removed, will try the suggestions this weekend and see how it works.
