Simple merfolk deck led by U/W Sygg. Buff up your merfolk with lord and anthem effects. Those are to ensure that when your merfolk connect, its not for 2 damage. Blue control will help keep the enemies of the merfolk at bay. Any spell that doesn't disrupt your opponent, like Sleep or Cyclonic Rift, will help in making your merfolk stronger. Islandwalking merfolk are useful with a Quicksilver Fountain or Streambed Aquictects out in order to swing for easy damage. Infinite combo with Intruder Alarm + Stonybrook Schoolmaster + anything that taps schoolmaster.

If you want the "budget" version of this deck, take out the Aether Vial. It's the only thing keeping this deck above $100 and is not needed to make the deck function.
