River Song the Punisher - punish opponents for casual srcying, surveiling or searching their libraries. Finish with Hive Mind or Uncivil Unrest. As a commander this is to me the most intriguing and unique design space. And River is one of my favorite characters of the Dr Who series and they nailed the card in flavor and mechanics. I am curious to try that deck.

The game plan is fairly straight forward. Bring her out quickly, smooth out draws by utilizing spells that let you put cards at the bottom in "any order" and fetch lands to shuffle away clunky draws.

Put in protection and pay offs for casting spells. There is synergy with creatures that let you put cards from the graveyard on the bottom of the library. I believe one of the best cards here could be Hurkyl, Master Wizard but also the artifact creatures that let you put cards from the graveyard at the bottom where you need it.

The win cons are: Hive Mind and Uncivil Unrest. With Hive Mind out every cheap cantrip with a scry or surveil stapled to it should make River a veritable threat. Let's see :)

edit: last minute inclusions are Chromatic Lantern, which I am not a particular fan of in two color decks but here with all the colorless lands it might be a better fit than Midnight Clock. Then I took out Gamble and included some life gain with Shadowspear, well and is overall a great card. Also I exchanged Helm of Awakening for Izzet Signet which I might put back because I believe Helm is underplayed and fun due to its acceleration.
