Went 2-1 with this deck I drafted! We drafted RIX x3, as the store was running low in Ixalan packs. In my draft I was the only person drafting red and pulled Rekindling Phoenix, Dire Fleet Daredevil and Blood Sun pretty early in the draft. Green was also being passed around heavily so I started pulling green cards which lead me to R/G!

Match 1: B/U Merfolk I got my bottom kicked. No good removal and my opponent had Merfolk Mistbinder and Jadelight Ranger both games and loaded his board up with Merfolk. Literally couldn't compete.

Match 2:B/W Lifelink Vampires Game 1 started off pretty rough and my opponent was up 30 life at one point. Luckily I was able to turn the tide with Forerunner of the Empire, Frilled Deathspitter, and Needletooth Raptor! I was able to widdle my opponent down and once I stacked Strider Harness and Tilonalli's Crown on Frilled Deathspitter, it was all over! Game 2 was a wash. I kept a pretty shitty hand and my opponent pulled a ton of creatures and just ran me over, especially with Pride of Conquerors. Game 3 was a lot different, I drew Rekindling Phoenix and was able to drop it with Strider Harness and Tilonalli's Crown. I over crushed my opponent.

Match 3: B/W Counter Both matches were VERY quick (I'm talking we were done within 10 minutes). I finished my opponent off unscathed in both games. The first game I was able to drop two deck:Frilled Deathspitters and set off enrage with Raging Regisaur. I was able to ramp up early thanks to Enter the Unknown. Game two went about the same! Fanatical Firebrand to open and I just kept attacking aggressively with Frilled Deathspitter and then Raging Regisaur before my opponent could establish a board presence. Luckily he was unable to pull either of his two Twilight Prophets.

Despite being a RIX x3 draft, things went really well! Even better when I pulled a second Rekindling Phoenix in one of my two prize packs!
