This one is pretty straightforward we have a grand total of 16 cards from Robert Bliss/Chengo McFlingers, 13 of which in Rakdos colours

Those 13 cards are combined here in a - most likely very bad - deck of tortured figures and subversive cockery

I guess Ekundu Cyclops and Keening Banshee would have to be considered your "threats", hopefully you can grab something better from your opponent's graveyard with Reanimate

Sac Morgue Thrull and Goblin Elite Infantry with Cannibalize and Goblin Soothsayer to pump your "threats"

Be aggressive, don't worry about loosing life to Withering Boon and Phyrexian Purge in order to keep your opponent's creatures off the board

Mortuary is a terrible card - in this deck -, but I just wanted to include all of Bliss' cards in this
