Noyan Dar is an excellent spell caster commander, which allows us to go tall or wide with our creature lands, all while drawing cards to fuel our engine, and interacting with our opponents boards. We are running a lot of cantrips, a modest amount of counter spells, and non-land permanent board wipes to preserve our board state. we also have to run a decent amount of protection for our commander, because without him the deck ceases to do anything of real impact. as for creatures, the deck is running several extra creature makers, in the way of Talrand, Murmuring Mystic, and the like. we are also running some cards that help us protect our land creatures, like Terra Eternal, and cards to help us get them through, either by giving them flying or unblockable. All in all, Noyan is a really fun and unique commander that lets you do some pretty amazing things.
