This deck is for the democratic at heart. The theory is that youll vote at least every other turn. (THIS DECK IS WORK IN PROGRESS!) I had the stupid idea to take The Will Of The Council gimmick and turn it into a commander deck. Any suggestions are highly encouraged, and I am a broke college student so keep in mind this is a very cheaply made deck.
