I've been working on a U/B deck for a while now. It used to revolve around draw/discard provided by Inkfathom Witch & Helm Of The Ghastlord but it was too slow and too unconsistent. I thought I could switch to a Rogue tribal deck to make the deck more solid but I don't have the draw power anymore so Whispering Madness doesn't seem like a finisher. Any thoughts would be appreciated. P.s. this is a budget deck of course hence why there's only one Watery Grave (the one I owned from Ravnica).
