Rogues hate being blocked. All of our decks rogues feature some form of evasion, whether that be flying or outright unlockable making this deck likely the best in the format at enabling Ninja of the Deep Hours.

On top of that, our evasion also enables the prowl cost for Morsel Theft, effectively making it a Lightning Helix that draws a card. Speaking of Lightning Helix this deck runs 8 of them, meaning we can enjoy playing Snuff Out for free without having to worry.

Previously we played Looter il-Kor for the discard synergy with Alms of the Vein and Obsessive Search to fuel Gurmag Angler, but I think the more consistent ninja payoff with Changeling Outcast, and
