A small little modern deck I build up, a rouge tribal with a slight focus on mill, as you can see the deck itself is cheap and I know it is not going top tier, however the idea was to make a fun play.

Stinkdrinker Bandit + Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive - Is the basic combo that will allow any of the creatures deal high damage while unblockable.

Cunning Evasion and No Rest for the Wicked both have the plan to bring creatures back to the hand to use their stb effects and trigger Thieves' Guild Enforcer effect ones again.

I am aware Oona's Blackguard does slightly work against the abilities of Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive however the effect is ever so good for a Rouge tribal, and seems the best match for it's 1B casting cost.

I have Notorious Throng in here for a game ender, using the Prowl effect if I can but mostly planning to mill out the opponent.

Play testing this deck, the low costs let it run with only two lands rather consistently.
