A very straight forward Nekusar deck, with drawing cards, discarding cards, and wheel effects as the ultimate focus. Lots of enchantments and artifacts that will get the card draw going, punish the card draw and discard, or punish the hand size of my opponents. Couple that with wheel effects, and that damage starts to become very lethal. This deck is pretty refined outside of spending a ton of money on mana rocks and lands, so I'm not sure what other improvements can be made on it aside from a few cards here and there, and maybe the occasional card from the new set. It's a great deck for massive multiplayer games, and I always make sure to remind people how many cards they need to be drawing or the global effects from their draw or discards. Generally makes you a target but oh well, I'll spin the wheel and get rid of your hand.
