Looking to upgrade the deck to be more competitive in my group. Play group has a large amount of control, aggro, big creatures, enchantress, combo and whatever Jhoria is.

Semi-budget. Have most of the cards in the list, still need the Eladamri's Call and Sylvan Library.

Mana base is a "upgrade as I trade" unless the lands you suggest are super cheap or more than just "better duals". I don't really consider dropping a fat stack of cash on lands for EDH the best upgrade for my decks. Ideally I would have a total of about 13 basics and the rest be dual lands of some form.

Basically I control the board with wipes, counters, spell stealing, land destruction and the like then swing for lethal with my bigger creatures. Can also infinite mana into infinite bounces with Avenger.
