Roon of the Hidden Value

Commander / EDH*

redmage311

Sorcery (2)

Commander (1)

Commander: Roon of the Hidden Realm

Way too many ETB effects, in the best possible way.

The deck tends to win through tokens. Thragtusk, Trostani's Summoner, and Armada Wurm all add board presence.

Like drawing cards? Blinking Prime Speaker Zegana and having Fathom Mage or Ephara in play will draw you way too many cards,

Aura Shards, Cathars' Crusade, and Champion of Lambholt give every blink even more value.

Stonehorn Dignitary, Resolute Archangel, Angel of Serenity, and Lavinia of the Tenth are more or less pillowforts on a stick with Roon.

Blinking Acidic Slime or Woodfall Primus feels dirty. Blinking Bane of Progress is just cruel (doooo itttt).

Roon of the Hidden Realm + Sundial of the Infinite = exiling whatever you want on your turn. Blink a creature with Roon; then, on your end step, with Roon's "Return to battlefield" trigger on the stack, use Sundial of the Infinite to exile the creature forever. Bonus: If you exile a commander and your opponent doesn't move the commander into his/her command zone, then it'll be gone forever.
