No Ghostly Flicker or Cloudshift because they are instants.

Conjurer's Closet , and don't forget the infinite combos with Deadeye Navigator and Palinchron , Peregrine Drake or Great Whale !
November 16, 2013 10:18 p.m.

makes sense, how about something like Seedborn Muse or Unwinding Clock so you can abuse your tap stuff and have blockers always?
November 16, 2013 10:45 p.m.
Those did tempt me while I was building, along with Prophet of Kruphix my only thing was figuring out what to cut for them... the ETB abilities shone out over the untap.

As much as I detest the card, would Thragtusk work here?
November 17, 2013 12:25 a.m.
Twyn I thought about it, honestly he doesn't really have as much immediate impact as I'd like.

You can bounce him several times for 3/3s and life, what's not to like?

yeah, i put it in mine, Armada Wurm , or Acidic Slime ? i mean theres only 15 creature cards in this deck you can bounce with your commander, not much to do with him otherwise

Mistmeadow Witch + Springjack Shepherd . Also Progenitor Mimic is pretty good with ETB's.

Strionic Resonator over True-Name Nemesis the nemesis is just a 3/1 beater in a format where everybody has 40 life. The Resonator will give you the opportunity to copy every etb ability you control...

I would really suggest a way to beat Torpor Orb as it basically stops you from winning.

i would think that Aura Shards would be best to control Torpor Orb

@ ModernMongrel That was my gut too but it doesn't work because it doesn't trigger. Torpor Orb shuts it down too.
November 24, 2013 7:42 p.m.
Torpor Orb just makes winning harder... but I like a challenge. Anyway, Qasali Pridemage can take out a Torpor Orb, and when/if my Primal Surge goes off, I should be winning anyway.
November 24, 2013 9:42 p.m.
Well I think the point of Primal Surge in an otherwise all-permanent deck is to win the game, so... if you're concerned about that, either add some non-permanents or take out Primal Surge . You don't NEED to have all permanents to run Primal Surge ; I use it in my Ulasht EDH deck (that would be Marath if I actually owned Marath) and it just isn't an autowin button.

Stumbled across some obnoxious cards for my own Roon deck and thought I'd share them. Rishadan Brigand
, Rishadan Footpad
and Rishadan Cutpurse
all make people suffer, especially when they can be flickered repeatedly by something like Deadeye Navigator
.

Why no Ghostly Flicker or Cloudshift ? And Coiling Oracle would be good.
