The deck starts out by ramping and playing some value creatures. Midgame consists of slowing opponents with control ETB's like Lavinia of the Tenth and Bane of Progress while also tutoring for combo pieces. The game is generally won by utilizing a wide range of creature-based combos. Below are some of the possibilities but many are improvised on the spot depending on the mana and cards available. There are many ways of making infinite mana, and any creature tutor with that mana is a win in theory as shown later.

I wasn't a huge fan of Roon initially, but quickly realized how frustrating he can be for some opponents. Instant speed removal on a stick is hard to come by and having one as a commander is really nice. Pair him with a Stonehorn Dignitary and it's a soft lock on someone's voltron deck. Of course he's mainly used to accelerate the game by flickering draw or ramp ETB's. I'm happy with how it turned out but let me know if I'm missing anything important!

Infinite Mana:

1) Palinchron or Peregrine Drake + Displace or Ghostly Flicker + Archaeomancer or Eternal Witness

2) Temur Sabertooth and Peregrine Drake or just Palinchron + Mirari's Wake or Panharmonicon

3) Palinchron or Gilded Drake +Deadeye Navigator

Infinite Mana + Creature Tutor:

• If the infinite mana is being produced with a Deadeye Navigator combo, you only need to tutor out a creature that draws cards to win.

• The following examples use the most restrictive tutors but it's possible with: Eladamri's Call (22), Chord of Calling (22), Recruiter of the Guard (21), Eldritch Evolution (24), Wargate (27), and Tooth and Nail (11). The necessary mana to win the game is next to each tutor in case there isn't infinite mana available (Chord of Calling assumes there are 0 creatures on the field when cast first).

1) Eldritch Evolution -> Recruiter of the Guard -> Fierce Empath -> Deadeye Navigator soulbound to Recruiter. Flicker Recruiter of the Guard -> Cloudblazer soulbound to Deadeye Navigator. Flicker to draw into Blue Sun's Zenith and win.

11 Mana 1 Card Combo:

1) Tooth and Nail entwined for Eternal Witness and Palinchron. Eternal Witness returns Tooth and Nail and Palinchron gives you 7 mana. Then Tooth and Nail again entwined for Deadeye Navigator and Wall of Blossoms. Make infinite mana and flicker Wall of Blossoms until you can Blue Sun's Zenith each opponent.
