I playtested the vial, but it's a little too slow for this deck. Most of the stuff I want to cast costs 3 or more, so it just takes too long for me to charge it up by then.
As for the Mutavault, I prefer it over Ghost Quarter for this deck. I played against multiple 8rack decks and the quarters just don't hurt it as much. I do have the quarters in the sideboard however, because it's good in certain situations.

Really like what you've done with the deck. Perhaps Cryptic Command for the tap down ability? Check out mine if you get the chance. +1!

tacolover25 I considered Cryptic Command, but I just felt like it would require too much blue mana to cast. I might squeeze it in somewhere, but I'm not sure what to take out for it.

If you want to run just one or two Cryptic Command, you could take out one of your counters like Mana Leak. I feel like you need at least twenty lands as well. Just my two cents :D

I tried 20, but it just felt like a little too much. At 18, it's a little too little, so I decided to split the difference.

I understand. Your curve isn't too high. How do you find Sower of Temptation performs in general? I was thinking about acquiring 2 for myself. I've always wondered why more people don't use Pestermite.

It hasn't worked too well at the moment because the decks I have been playing against lately are mostly creatureless. It's just in there as a safety net.

I don't really like your landbase right now - 19 land is awful low for a deck that curves up to 4, and there's no Creeping Tar Pit, which is a proven midrange/control manland. You could also do Faerie Conclave if you want to keep things tribal and don't need any more sources, but the point is that I think the deck needs at least 22 lands.
I also find Liliana of the Veil to be a huge non-bo, given that your deck is so focused on bouncing creatures back into your hand. If you want sacrifice effects, I'm pretty sure you can get them elsewhere, and they'll likely be easier to cast than .

The thing about Creeping Tar Pit and Faerie Conclave is that they enter the battlefield tapped, creating a loss of tempo for the deck. I need lands enter untapped so I can be sure to cast counters and flash in faeries I need in play. Also I tried 22 lands but I felt like I was getting flooded most of the time.
Liliana has saved me more than once when I was playing against other decks. I really like to have her in the deck for extra insurance.

I'll have to do some testing and try out the vial first. If it doesn't go according to plan, I'll just switch it out.
