I just started playing MTG again after about 15 years. This is my first attempt at a deck. The cards that are included are what I own at this point. I'm trying for speed and removal. I want to clear the way for these Vamps to connect and get buffed up. Primarily, this is centered around Vampire Nighthawk and Stromkirk Captain.

I'm well aware of the parts of this deck that are lacking, but I'm using this all as my "Notepad" and my plans to make changes as it goes along.

So, my question to you all: What would the most important changes/additions first? I plan on going for some dual lands, of course, as well as some Doomblades, Stromkirk Nobles, etc. Thanks for the help, in advance!
