I wanted to build something that would be strong right after Return to Ravnica without much from the new set.

This only uses the Azorius shock land and charm.

This will have to stand up against Rakdos Zombies, which is expected to be the first tier-one deck.

Safe Passage is in place of Rootborn Defenses.

I would like to fit in more removal but don't forget that along with the other two great uses, Azorius Charm doubles/triples as removal.

The sideboard is obviously VERY subject to change and speculation. I would prefer comments be mainly about the mainboard.
