This deck is designed mainly for multiplayer games (emperor/hunt).

The idea behind this deck is to generate alot of flying tokens with Talrand, Sky Summoner and the sorcery/instant spells.Also trying to make sure that my flying units will hit the player by having all non-flying creatures tapped ( Mudslide and Deluge ).Wee Dragonauts will be quite a badass killer in this deck combined with Double Cleave, one instant besides Double Cleave and you will deal 10 damage (not counting Favorable Winds, pretty neat :-)Ring of Evos Isle and Ring of Valkas are easy buffers for all the U/R creatures.

I know the deck would be "better" if it was U/W, but I wanted to make it U/R because it is no fun copying everyone else ...
