This is a deck that uses Darksteel Reactor to win. Most of the cards in the deck serve to give it charge counters. Dismantle can target Darksteel Reactor for both of its abilities. The Darksteel Reactor doesn't get destroyed because it's indestructible, but it still gains charge counters equal to the number of charge counters it had.
Gilder Bairn is not included because it's too slow. Although it's reusable, the problem with it is that often it's hard to use it without it dying after combat, and I have to wait a turn. Inexorable Tide is also excluded because it's too slow. Tezzeret's Gambit is gone because drawing it can sometimes kill me when I have an Ensnaring Bridge out.
There are also some stall cards, so that I can survive long enough to cast my Darksteel Reactor and ramp counters. Ensnaring Bridge works very well. Silent Arbiter is also decent stall. I haven't really tested out Tumble Magnet enough to say.
My mana base feels pretty strained, but I think Vorel of the Hull Clade is worth it. If he sticks, I win, pretty much. I'm definitely considering cutting him, though. And Dismantle is great for its cheapness and surprise value. Not sure if Darksteel Citadel + Tezzeret the Seeker
is worth the strain on my mana base, though. I definitely have too many in right now: both the cards that synergize with Darksteel Citadel (that's Tezzeret the Seeker and Fabricate) can tutor for it, so I'm definitely going to go down to at least two, probably one, or even cut them entirely, and I'll add in some basics or maybe some budget duals in their slot.
I don't really know how to sideboard, tips are greatly appreciated.
I could add Drift of Phantasms...
