I found myself inspired by the Stalking Stalkers article in Building on a Budget, and thought I'd give it a try with a few tweaks.

The general gist is to whittle away at the opponent with a rapidly growing group of cheap beaters fed by Curse of Stalked Prey and Thrummingbird, backed up by some late game drops in the form of a Frost Titan and Ludevic's Test Subject   to seal. Volt Charge provides removal and additional proliferate, Shock can kill a large chunk of creatures or finish a wounded opponent while Crossway Vampire gives me another beater that can open paths for the other creatures.
