Evolution from Birds of Paradise to Dragons of Destruction!
Gameplan
The game plan is quite simple, get as many dragons out on the battlefield quick.
With Dragon Tempest the dragons get haste and you can burn key creatures or the player.
Use Eldritch Evolution on a Dragon Egg to gain a 2/2 Dragon token and tutor an additional dragon of your choice to (Scourge of Valkas/Stormbreath Dragon/Thundermaw Hellkite).
Creatures
Birds of Paradise A great mana dork that allows us to get our dragons out faster. The Dragon Tempest will give them haste.
Slumbering Dragon Good against creature decks and it is also good for triggering Dragon Tempest.
Elvish Mystic More mana dorks for faster dragons.
Phantasmal Image The downside of it is that it will be sacrificed if targeted by ability or a spell, but the downside does not matter that much in this deck. When copying Dragon Egg it doesn't matter if you have to sacrifice it, because then you get a 2/2 dragon. When copying Thunderbreak Regent if they decide to target it, go ahead take 6 damage. When copying Scourge of Valkas it will enter the battlefield as Scourge of Valkas, meaning you get the ETB effect.
This will also trigger Dragon Tempest if you copy a dragon since it enters the battlefield as a dragon.
Dragon Egg This will trigger Dragon tempest when it enters the battlefield, and then trigger once more when it dies. You can use the Dragon Tempest damage trigger to kill the egg when it enters if you want to go aggressive.
This is the ideal target for Eldritch Evolution.
Thunderbreak Regent A 4/4 for 4 mana that punishes opponents for targeting your dragons with spells or ability's. A really solid dragon.
Scourge of Valkas One of the top curve in the deck. It has the same ability as the Dragon Tempest, it deals damage for how many dragons you control.
Thundermaw Hellkite Good against those pesky lingering souls.
Instant/Sorcery
Eldritch Evolution The toolbox of the deck. Tutor the right dragon for the situation or find a hate card. Great card to use on a Dragon Egg to get a 2/2 dragon and tutor a 5CMC dragon from library to the battlefield.
Enchantments
Oath of Nissa Nice to filter for land if you are mana screwed or filter for creature/planeswalker if you mana flood.
Dragon Tempest Gives all flyers haste and deal damage to a creature or a player when a dragon enters the battlefield. That's what we want for a dragon deck.
Planeswalkers
Sarkhan the Mad A solid planeswalker that generates card advantage, have a high starting loyalty and can protect himself by sacrificing mana dork/Dragon Egg for a 5/5 dragon. What is nice about him is that you can use his ultimate ability immediatly when you get him you, which makes it a great finisher.
Sideboard
Obstinate Baloth Good sideboard card against aggressive decks and Liliana.
Feed the Clan Against burn match up, works well with Slumbering Dragon.
Spell Pierce Mainly against combo decks.
Reclamation Sage Artifact/Enchantment removal that you can find with Eldritch Evolution.
Spellskite For infect and other decks that buff their creatures.
Melira, Sylvok Outcast A good hatecard against infect decks.
Pyroclasm Against decks that goes wide.
Stormbreath Dragon Extra copy for decks with white removal.
Ancient Grudge Great artifact removal.
