Hello Everyone,

This is a attempt to make a somewhat fair but fun Neoform Deck using a RUG shell. Things like Bolts, Counters, and utility spells can make this deck somewhat competitive. When I saw Finale of Devastation , I felt like there has to be a good use for it outside of Standard. It can hit both the library and the graveyard to grab someone like Gruul Spellbreaker or Spellbreaker Behemoth . The two Rekindling Phoenix can be stacked to either Neoform or Vannifar, then brought back next turn if the token survives with haste.

When Modern Horizons drops, The drawlands and whatever else they make might make this deck even stronger. We just have to wait and see!
