Riku of Two Reflections is usually used in a value or creature-heavy deck, but when you have a Mizzix of the Izmagnus deck lying around you tweak it into a spellslinger version utilizing the Izzet combination of Riku to cast spells and take names. Heavy in Blue with a balance of Red and splash of Green, this is a Temur deck to the truest with value creatures and huge spells to string out multiple combos and ways to win to have a new way to play each time you pull this deck out. This deck was built with semi-budget in mind, clocking in at just sub-$150. There are plenty of ways to upgrade, with the lands first and other more explosive cards such as Snapcaster Mage, Gilded Drake, Chaos Warp, Bribery, Past in Flames, Sensei's Divining Top, Sylvan Library and more.

Surprisingly explosive, but scalable to any playgroup. Enjoy flinging spells with Riku as your new wizard commander.
