Ramps fast, with control to slow opponents , getting a lot of mana and popping off spells helps Guttersnipe do damage. and late game Clan Defiance will do huge damage.

Zhur-taa druid used for mana ramp and damage, Goblin Electro used to speed up casting of spells, increasing ramp speed.

All comments appreciated, want genuine feedback and your thoughts on how this would play against fairly competitive decks.

This deck is meant for post rotation, that is why it is using no m13 or prior cards, arbor elf is used to represent Elvish Mystic which comes out in m14.
