RUG Tap Dancing (Casual MTG Deck)

Ok, this is my first tricolor deck I think I got the mana base figured out well enough though. The deck focuses on using Izzet Staticaster in combination with Gorgon's Head to kill anything that hits the board with 1 deathtouch damage. Mistcutter Hydra can be a problem but Forgestoker Dragon comes in to save the day with Gorgon's Head to ping it for one and kill it. So far, the deck appears to handle most decks well, WW, RG Monsters, Mono B, Orzhov Midrange, but struggles mightily against control. Against control Game 1 is pretty much a definite loss and virtually the entire sideboard comes in. I have to Golgari Charm a Supreme Verdict and Counterflux a Sphinx's Revelation and I might win the game. I haven't played against Mono U yet but I don't see why I would have to hard of a time with it.

Any suggestions to make the mainboard better against control are much appreciated! I was thinking of mainboarding AEtherling since he can be a strong finisher and can dodge the Verdicts. Please comment and let me know what you think!
