if you play ruhan there are only two things you can do. Voltron (which is buff your general and win) or giant tribal.now drop the mana myrs. You should have Darksteel Ingot , Boros Signet , Izzet Signet , Azorius Signet , Boros Garrison and Izzet Boilerworks
once you decided what you aim to achieve with this deck then i can tell you what you need to put it other then mana rocks.
