I replaced it with the Tracker's Instincts, it has the flashback that isn't to bad late game. I really appreciate you had noticed I took out the Mulch. Though im thinking of switching back cause I really enjoy getting land then I do creatures.

Hey dude, thanks for the comment on my deck, I really like what you got going here too. Either I'm guilty of plagiarism or great minds think alike...I was going for a Blue Green Delver build and you were going for a Delver/Runechanter's build utilizing Green.
I'm gonna go down by the list and just throw out some pro's and cons of each card choice you got currently. Let me just say I LOVE the Hunter's Insight and that plus Tracker's Instincts justifies running green in here. I'm not so sure about Slime, Geist, and Ambush Viper though.
The first biggest change I would make though, I don't think you need 4x Rampant Growth in here - at all. Your average CMC is 2.2, and pretty much the entire deck is 2 cost stuff. I would strongly recommend replacing all 4 Ramps with 4x Ponder - this is the reason Delver decks are able to get away with a lower land count than usual. Plus, it is the one staple card that helps you flip them consistently, look at the top 3, put an instant/sorcery back as the second card.
I can see why you initially maybe don't have Ponder as Hunter's Insight is a big potential card draw source, but, it is arguably much later in the game. You have to draw the Pike first, then equip it, then get a hit in, or it's just a dead draw.
Strangleroot Geist seems like a good beater, if nothing else he's a potential chump blocker twice. The thing is, your Delvers and Invisible Stalkers are really the win conditions once they get a Pike on - the Stalker especially since he has Hexproof. It seems like the Geist is just a re-useable blocker to me, and the extra problem is GG casting cost.
Maybe add Vapor Snag in place of him - it buys you time too + counts towards flipping Delver?
Other than that, my biggest suggestion is up the Invisible Stalker to 4 of - they're impossible to deal with besides a board wipe, and once they get a pike, it's possibly GG.
OH, and Thought Scour - Mill yourself for 2 and draw a card. Definitely consider it in here, I got beat by a mageblade build with it last week at FNM.

Thank you for your time an sending some thoughts my way, I've been thinking bout taking out the Rampant Growth's as well, I'm really just using them for getting that specific mana I need depending on situation of course, as well as buffing the Runechanter's Pike. With 20 mana it helps thin the deck out slightly so I'm drawing something other then a land.
When I get my Ponder's back there going right in the mainboard mate. As well as my Invisible Stalker's, though playing with 2 has shown me that its nice to save it for a mid-late game cast where I can drop it when there's a reasonable amount of creatures on our opponents side, as well as coming out when there is quite a few instances an sorcery's in the grave. Specially after the usual turn 4 board wipes.
I've also been thinking bout taking out the Strangleroot Geist' though its really my best blocker. After swinging with either delver or stalker.
I can always take out the geist an rampant's for a set of Viridian Emissary, which im thinking bout doing. Also adding Thought Scour wouldnt be bad at all. I haven't any Vapor Snag's either sadly.

@rockinbobo yah, I actually began the thought of this deck after a creatureless deck using Corrupted Conscience an the Runechanter's Pike.Worked wonderfully, I just never had the Blighted Agent's to make it more competitive. Its a wonderful idea the agent is the infectious stalker haha. might sideboard it though mate. Cause that is a pretty sweet sneak attack!
