This is probably the worst deck in standard. Take all the good things about RG Energy, and add the "worst" mythic in Aether Revolt, and you get this.
Lightning Runner's Running Joke
Because in the rare occasions that it works... it's really really funny.
The strategy is simple. Play threats, charge up your energy cannon, and charge in for lethal.
Longtusk Cub can efficient fuel the machine. It's the easiest way to keep Lightning Runner charged for multiple combat swings. This is an All-Star. This is what you want to save your protection (Blossoming Defense/Hapatra's Mark) for... this and, of course, Lightning Runner .
Dynavolt Tower is the 2nd energizing tool. Shock, Renegade Tactics, Expedite, and Attune with Aether all provide cheap ways to trigger that sweet sweet . (Your protection also charges, as long as the Tower stays on the table.
Naga Vitalist and Hanweir Garrison are there to benefit from multiple untaps/combat... Vitalist can provide mana for that extra bit of spell casting for off the tower... or just make all the tokens with Gary.
