control deck using top-of-deck card mechanics

Deck heavily relies on acitvated abilites of lands to put cards on top of library

using tried-and-true combos: [palinchron + deadeye navigator] [thoughtlash + jace/counterbalance] [(mesmeric orb + basalt monolith) + jace/counterbalance]

less well-known combos (non-infinite): vengeful pharaoh + codex/vantress gargoyle/ghoulcaller's bell waker of the waves + commander (runo stormkirk)

The expensive stuff is not necessarily needed: [imperial seal mana drain force of will underground sea etc]

If you can afford it, Bazar of Baghdad would be desired, as discard outlets are lacking to put 6 cmc+ creatures in graveyard

The land base is delicate because there are a bunch of lands that are needed for their activated/trieggered abilities: academy ruins volrath's stronghold duskmantle, house of shadows mystic sanctuary (island constraint)
