I've found the strengths of the deck I'm only speaking in regards to my meta and experience is that u are better suited planning around board wipes to gain advantage over trying to outdraw them.I added freylese and outside of her being 5 cmc she flat out just puts you ahead if u wipe after playing her.

Whisperer is cool but slow and usually does nothing the turn you play it. Just try it though and report back.
I agree about the pw’s though - they are a nice wrath deterrent and freya seems fine

I'll definitely keep track of how much value I get off of Beast Whisperer but also I think my data might not be the best since my meta isn't the most high powered. There's a few decks here and there but there's also a lot of jank which is why I'm building Arcades and Eladamri so I don't feel like a jerk playing Ruric, Sisay, Zegana, or Hapatra against jank builds. Also have you seen the "Ruric Thar Moscow" list? While building my deck I was cross-referencing both this and that list and I think the Moscow build has some neat ideas although I wont be buying another Grim Monolith anytime soon.

Also I was wondering why By Force over Vandalblast? Is it to not hit Null Rod?

By force is more versatile early game and 5 mana for a artifact wipe u are better suited with a better wipe

When are the most opportune times to cast something like Wildfire and Destructive Force?

OptimalGreen when you have a planeswalker or titania on the board. Or frontier seige if you are playing that. Or if you can sandbag a couple lands in hand to rebuild. Or if you resolved Ruric and feel comfy trying to close it out with just him

What do you think of the new Domri for this deck? Giving mana dorks haste and digging for creatures sounds nice. Last ability is meh though.

Imperial recruiter gets magus of the moon most often but can also get kiki occasionally. I’m not too high on recruiter anymore - you could take it or leave it.
Sadly, Domri isn’t going to be strong enough.

So what would you cut for crucible and ramunap excavtor? This list feels almost like a borborgymos enraged deck, land sacrifice deck. Going to see how that goes, it would give an extra combo finish

Any opinions on etali for pseudo card advantage or even free casts?

Etali looks fun. It’s pretty doubtful it would be the preferred option but you could always give it a try and see how it goes. Let me know if it works

Etali is so much value post wipe and gets us ahead. But the low drops is better dealt with by inferno titan.I would say loose imperial recruiter for it but I hate loosing a lower cmc card with utility for it.

I've played with Etali and with Stolen Strategy. Both are fun but usually a nonbo with Ruric Thar, seeing as most of the stuff you'll be casting are noncreature spells. If you're looking to get back from behind with these, then you're usually too far behind for it to even matter.

I was wondering about obliterate in this deck. I get that it can't be countered, but unlike the other land/board wipes in this deck it also destroys our bigger creatures. Maybe i'm underestimating the mana production in this deck, but it doesn't seem viable to cast obliterate AND a creature or two to make any advantage position. Seems like it's supposed to be cast after having a walker in play, but is 3 really enough to justify an eight mana spell? Also seems like some other decks might be able to win through an obliterate better than we such as tana/tymna or flash hulk lists.

Its 3 walkers + titania + frontier siege. Those are the parity breakers. If you have titania out when its cast amd she doesnt gets bounced then you have elementals equal to your land count and can usually win. You can also sculpt your hand to hold extra pands and rebuild faster

Often if I have at least one of the above mentioned and a land in hand it's typically hard for them to recover also sometimes I'll sandbag a 1 drop and a land if possible to play after the wipe.

I was also wondering about Spire Garden replacing Copperline Gorge . By the time you're down to one opponent Copperline Gorge would come into play tapped anyways and I've seen several other 2 color commanders like Brago players take out their fast land for a bond land or whatever we're calling these.

What do you think of Beast Whisperer? I added it to my deck which is about 95% the same as this except I replaced Gaea's Cradle with Kessig Wolf Run and Mana Crypt with Gruul Signet and Whisperer is putting up pretty good results for me.
