The premise of this deck is simple. It is aggro control. It is a red=white hatebear deck that gets creatures out fast and closes games quick. The idea is that Thalia, Cathar Heretic keeps your oppenents off balance. Thalia, Guardian of Thraben delays burn and counters and finally Eidolon of Rhetoric slows things down so that Hero of Bladehold and Hanweir Garrison apply pressure (Thus calling it back breaker). However, it is unlickerly you will get all of those cards out. But the idea is that they are back breaking strategies all on their own. Also, Garrison feeds both Thalia's Lieutenant and Champion of the Parish.

I do need a few suggestions. I am thinking of going Naya humans to allow for Collected Company but I don't think it is necessary with all the early game value.

Spear of Heliod over Honor of the Pure because of the anthem affect that hits EVERYTHING.

Right now Tapped out does not acknowledge Thalia, Cathar Heretic there are 3 in the deck.

Same is true for Hanweir Garrison there are 3 in the deck.
